I landed up with a disc issue at L4-L5 region in the month of January 2016. I got my CT scan done in Australia which showed severe lumbar canal stenosis with the disc extrusion. I have undergone spine surgery at one of the best clinic at delhi. initially things were set right but nearly 18 months after i got some jerk during one if the activity and the severe pain started again, it was difficult for me to walk /stand for 5 min.
